Mothers, attorneys and judges do not feel that fathers are
important to children. While all reported evidence shows that
fatherless children are at risk of many mental, physical, social
and criminal behavioral problems those facts are simply ignored
with indifference and inconsequence. Mothers are not required
to even know who the father of the child is. The government only starts to care when child support is brought into the
picture.
MOVE AWAY
Although there is no reason to stop or prevent a person from moving unless there are children involved. Many factors
must be taken into consideration with includes (but is not limited to) the distance of the move, the reason for the
move, whether the visitation order must be modified and so on. Parents who move more than a specific distance,
who violate the rights to the custody and other rights of the other parent must be held accountable without
indifference and inconsequence that they receive today.
CUSTODY
Remove the term custodial parent completely. Through the implementation of the 50/50 parenting model there is no
need to form that bias which all to often is used as an unjust enrichment or prize for one parent while being a weapon
used against the other. When the father has the children he pays for their support and when the mother she pays for
their support. This eliminates child support. Both parents must commit equal money to the education, medical and
other needs of the child(ren).
THE BIRTH RIGHT
Currently between the time that a child has been born and the time that a court order is created permits one parent to
use the children as a weapon against the other by committing acts of Parental Abduction and Parental Kidnappings.
“The Birth Right” is simply a 50/50 custody, visitation and support order that is created at the time of birth. This
simple act would help reduce law enforcement “complaint” as well as court case loads. There are two major features
of this bill which as also key. By First is that a victim parent can seek (AND OBTAIN) legal remedies in their local
jurisdiction when the other parent interferes with their visitation/custody. Currently a parent who moves away can just
jump court-to-court, county-to-county and state-to-state forcing the victim parent with a large steamy pile of up to 50
states of legal indifference and inconsequence. Second, the birth right also enforces fathers rather than the current
babies 4 bank scheme where mothers can cash in on the government and who the father is does not even matter.
LEGAL RIGHTS
Although court orders say “Joint Legal” what does that mean? Courts do not enforce the custody why would they
even care about the “legal” part of a court order that they don’t enforce? You have the right to be informed of the
child’s education, medical and other legal information. But who is responsible
for proving that information and when?
WE THE PEOPLE
One thing that our government has forgotten is that “we the people” does not
mean government. We go to court for solutions not games. If you are gong to
create an order then be man (or woman) enough to stand behind your work and
enforce the violations of those orders. The single sided bias and discrimination
against the non-custodial parent and children must be eliminated. If you are not
going to enforce your work then remove yourself from the bench!

THE BIRTH RIGHT
1.
The Birth Right creates a 50/50 custody order at the time of birth for EVERY child in EVERY state. It can
nearly eliminating parental alienations, parental abductions and parental kidnappings from the date of birth
until the date the first custody, support and visitation order can be created which currently can by up to 18
years.
2.
The children have the right to have both parents and if the mother wants state or government support then she
will know who the father is. Currently the victim parent is held hostage to the abusing parent which not only
causes undue mental and physical stress but also financial hardships and burdens while the offender reaps
unjust enrichment with little care or concern that any serious crime is being committed.
3.
The victim parent may file for court protection in their own county and state rather than chasing the run-a-way
parent from county to county, state to state and court to court and it eliminates the "option" for a women to not
know who the father is. No more children will be abused by mothers Babies 4 Bank and other out of wedlock
for profit schemes.

Jail terms for each level felony would not be set beyond what a county or state is will to pursue on a regular
basis. Additionally the offenders legal and custodial rights to their children will be removed foremost, required
to register as a flight risk if running-a-way, abduction or kidnapping are involved as the minimum required
punishments. A mothers right to parent does not negate or supersede that of the father. This is why 50/50 is
key in these cases. Fathers in far too many cases are left off the birth certificate, the mothers cannot recall the
father is or have a long list of who the father may be. The mother can just run down to Planned Parenthood and
take the morning after pill to ensure the death of a child or like recently on Dateline NBC states like Utah can
take children without the fathers consent through adoption. Why have fathers been removed so far from the
families? The only thing that the Fathers are good for to the government is paying child support.

It helps reduce court case loads and calls to law enforcement. Only when those parents who refuse to make
their own plan and work within it (and do not assume it is the both parents) will the court have to make a
modification AND ENFORCE IT.

Moving with a child. There is nothing that prevents a parent from moving. However most states recognized
the need for “move away” restrictions due to the overwhelming impact that many moves were having on the
child(ren’s) and other parent’s rights. These rules must be incorporated into this bill. The longer the distance
between the move the more time that it must be reported. Prior to a move over 250 miles the moving parent is
responsible for going to court and getting a modified court order or must leave the children behind. When the
moving parent arrives at their destination they have 96 hours to record the custody, visitation and support
orders with that state and if a modification of custody order is required after the move then the moving parent
has 30 days to file for that change. Likewise if the parent who moved does not comply with the custody,
visitation and or support orders then the victim parent may seek (AND OBTAIN) justice through their local
law enforcement and courts.

By making the order a joint custody order it eliminates that custodial parent which is one of the root causes of
the parental alienations and parental abductions and kidnappings this epidemic that we have today.

Law enforcement, attorneys, courts, etc. take far to cavalier approach towards children because children are
“NOTHING MORE THAN JUST A CIVIL MATTER” to them. Children’s rights are being violated across this
nation every day because they are neither citizens or even humans to law enforcement or the courts. This is
another key to help rebuild family strength in this nation.

Today children are being held hostage for child support and the mothers attorney and court fees. Each parent is
responsible to pay their own way.

Enforceability! A court order that is not enforced is useless and reflects not only the willingness of the law
enforcement and the courts willfulness to violate the children and other parents rights but that justice does not
matter to our nations government offices. If you make the order then you enforce the order so that the victim
parents don’t have to spend years in court with dozens of unresolved complaints. Non-custodial parents hear
“he’s complaining” or “he has no rights” or “no crime has been committed” far too often.
11.
Father does not mean child support or alimony. Both of those must be abolished. With 50/50 or joint custody
the parent who is physical custody pays for the support of that child(ren) and vice versa. Both parents pay into
the medical, school, and other expenses equally for the child.
Parenting is NOT a game! When counties and states from the North and South or East and West get involved the victim parent
is subjected to the work game of all Ping! Pong! Neither law enforcement nor the courts want to do what is right and say they
can’t while the children (being just a civil matter) continue to be abused by everyone on every level. When more than one
agency is involved the jurisdiction of a child the alienated parent is treated with little or no respect by the very agencies that
were created to uphold the law. Southern California wants to prove it is more powerful than Northern California. Georgia
wants to prove that it can make up its own rules. Alienated parents and children have already been victimized enough. By
limiting the amount of avenues for hostile parenting parental alienation would not be such a burden on our courts or our
families.
If a court order has neither weight nor merit then stop creating them. An unenforceable order is worth less than a piece of
toilet paper to the victims. They are only enforced by law enforcement if they there is a felony or other serious infraction.
Otherwise it is handled with indifference as nothing more (or less) than a waste of their time and resources. This bill needs to
be enacted at the Federal level so that no state, local or other jurisdiction may dilute, alter or modify this order.
Custody is NOT a prize. Custody is a leadership role which requires that the duties and responsibilities for care be met NOT
unjustly enriched. Mothers (and fathers) who abduct and kidnap their biological child(ren) are unjustly enriched while leaving
the non-custodial parent undue pain and suffering because unless they relocate (chase the abducting parent from county to
county, state to state and court to court they have no way of stopping the hostile aggressive parent from harming the children.
The final point about the epidemic today is the paradigm that marriage is a temporary inconvenience in exchange for assets
and support. Women and their attorneys are causing the single largest impact on children due to this nation’s approach of
Fathers being financially responsible for anything and everything. Each parent must pay their own attorney and moreover I say
remove attorneys from the family divorce court unless they are representing the children ONLY!
I have seen what appears to be a shift in CPS policy from where they used dynamite on the families to now they appear to be
saying you don’t want us to help (in cases where there is just cause) to we’re putting them back in their families abusive or not.
This extreme pendulum swing from one extreme to the other appears to be almost a retaliatory strike at the parents who have
fought for their rights which I can only see just as much harm coming from too. Bring everyone’s (law enforcement,
CPS/DCS/DFCS/etc, courts, etc) pendulum back to center and there is a happier medium that works best especially when there
is a parent (mother or father) who poses a serious threat to children.
False allegations of sexual abuse have been the mothers weapon of choice when she does not get what she wants and in
nearly 100% of those cases the victim father right to justice was not only violated as those cases were dropped repeatedly but
in the fact that the prosecution did not pursue criminal charges against the other party they had just defended. Do we really
need yet another agency to do the job of the first? Just remember the children are the real victims and not matter how soft an
agency outside the family handles them damage is still done.
The first time my son was abducted he was 9 months old and he was held for 172 days. Again, I have not seen my since
October 25th, 2010 and today is August 28, 2011. While the mothers are being unjustly enriched this nation is wiping its feet
on the Fathers. Enough already!
There are a number of issues that affect children. Children are victimized every day by parents, friends and family members,
teachers, law enforcement, courts and attorneys. Here are a few of the key points.
PARENTS
Divorce in the US today is seen by women as a temporary inconvenience in exchange for assets and support. This
single item is responsible for more divorces than anything else and coming in a close second is this issue surrounding
out of wedlock children. In almost every one of these two problems the children rights are violated nearly 100% of
the time. Far too many mothers are using children as a "Babies 4 Bank" tool. You want to talk about “Dead Beat
Dad’s.” Well let’s not forget about “Dead Beat Moms” too. If the mother is going to play then she is going to be held
just as accountable as the father. Mothers who refuse to report the bona fide biological father will not be permitted
to receive any city, state, government or other support for herself or the child.
The money that mothers attorneys extorted from the fathers is stolen from the children too. While the mothers
make bad decision upon bad decision they are only given a verbal warning again, and again, and again. But Heaven
forbid if a father does a single thing wrong. Mothers are not only proving that they are just as capable of harming
children but are breaking records in proving it too. Typically it is only when a mother has committed extreme forms
of felony child abuse that the children are taken away from her. What is overlooked is how many of those mothers
simply start breeding again repeating the cycle of abuse and neglect to children.
SOCIETY NORMS
Why is it that a woman can go to Planned Parenthood and simply kill a child without ever informing the father? Why
does the father have no say in whether the child is aborted or not? How can a mother simple say I do not know who
the father of the child is and the courts accept this? How can courts rule that children born out of wedlock have no
rights to their fathers? How can states like Utah abduct children under the "adoption rule" without the fathers
consent? Why are false allegations that are brought against a father just dropped and swept under the rug while the
mother gets away without facing hard time for her lies? Men don't get this when they abuse women.
GOVERNMENT
The audacity that government assumes it knows what's in the best interest of a child is only one small part of the
problem. Law enforcement and the courts do not enforce visitation orders and taking a "CHILDREN ARE NOTHING
MORE THAN JUST A CIVIL MATTER" stance is one of the most offensive miscarriages of justice today.
JUSTICE
Justice has turned 180 degrees in the U.S. over the past 100 years. The Sheriff would get on his horse, ride out to
your house, sit down and talk about family and the weather, while drinking a glass of ice tea even before he brought
up why he had come to the house. You were informed that there was a question and that you needed to report to the
judge. Today you are hand cuffed, beaten in or abused many cases, your rights violated, incarcerated and finger
printed before you are even found guilty. Today’s “guilty until proven guilty” approach to justice is causing undue
stress and abuse to everyone. Defence attorneys today let more bad people back out on the street than are
convicted. When did crime become freedom? Today freedom has become a crime.
Court orders are not enforced or enforceable. Then why are we standing in front of a judge who cannot and will not
pass judgement on the perpetrators? The Bible has been removed from the courts and people must “swear” that
they will tell the truth. Fathers are removed from families at record numbers while mothers are not held
accountable. What game is this that is being played because justice has no part in it. Law enforcement, courts and
fathers are made to look incompetent and incapable of obtaining or administering justice.
ATTORNEYS
In most cases attorneys who represent the mother or father in a divorce do not have the children's best interests at
heart and the father is expected to pay all of the attorney and court costs. Attorneys and courts are holding children
hostage for money. How can this benefit anyone but the state and government because it certainly harms the
children.
THE SOLUTION

4. Recognize children as human, citizens and family members
5. Remove attorneys from divorce courts.
6. Cut the costs in half and make each parent pays their own way. No more unjust enrichment for the mothers.
7. 50/50 custody means both parents matter and that each parent pays to support the children while in their
custody. Both parents equally commit to the children's education, medical, and other legal needs.
8. The optional father standard must be stopped!
9. Classes that should be part of the high school sex education course should be parenting even anger management
before it becomes a problem.
10. The free reign of government to inflict unlimited justice upon families and children has now lead to a flop of in
the pendulum justice style which is resulting in many agencies saying if they won't let us do what we want then we
won't do anything.
There is a happier medium which is the middle of the road which government, law enforcement, courts and attorneys almost
never chose to take. I have had the honor and privileged to meet Judge Brook. This man tries to hold all of the above
mentioned people together while weeding their gardens to discover what is in the best interests of the children are. But when
the adults acts like a bunch of out of control kindergarten kids he must do their jobs too. I ask why these agencies are even
needed if they are going to make the judge do their jobs too.
I am not a legislator, politician, or anyone who has the power and authority to change this broken machine that we call our
nation. What I am is a victim, a Father and a Veteran who cares enough to look outside the box and look for solutions that are
so simple and easy is everyone would came back to the table willingly, drop their extreme left and extreme right tactics and
discuss solutions that meet the basic criteria. DCS and CPS has found themselves in a bad position because they were held
above the law and showed it while law enforcement and courts have been on the other side of the fence not doing enough.
These are children and they cannot fathom that a person, not related to them, has created a piece of paper which does not
permit them to see the rest of their family AND will not enforce the rules when they are broken.

be enacted at the Federal level so that no state, local or other jurisdiction may dilute, alter or modify this order.
Custody is NOT a prize. Custody is a leadership role which requires that the duties and responsibilities for care be met NOT
unjustly enriched. Mothers (and fathers) who abduct and kidnap their biological child(ren) are unjustly enriched while leaving
the non-custodial parent undue pain and suffering because unless they relocate (chase the abducting parent from county to
county, state to state and court to court they have no way of stopping the hostile aggressive parent from harming the children.
The final point about the epidemic today is the paradigm that marriage is a temporary inconvenience in exchange for assets
and support. Women and their attorneys are causing the single largest impact on children due to this nation’s approach of
Fathers being financially responsible for anything and everything. Each parent must pay their own attorney and moreover I say
remove attorneys from the family divorce court unless they are representing the children ONLY!
I have seen what appears to be a shift in CPS policy from where they used dynamite on the families to now they appear to be
saying you don’t want us to help (in cases where there is just cause) to we’re putting them back in their families abusive or not.
This extreme pendulum swing from one extreme to the other appears to be almost a retaliatory strike at the parents who have
fought for their rights which I can only see just as much harm coming from too. Bring everyone’s (law enforcement,
CPS/DCS/DFCS/etc, courts, etc) pendulum back to center and there is a happier medium that works best especially when there
is a parent (mother or father) who poses a serious threat to children.
False allegations of sexual abuse have been the mothers weapon of choice when she does not get what she wants and in
nearly 100% of those cases the victim father right to justice was not only violated as those cases were dropped repeatedly but
in the fact that the prosecution did not pursue criminal charges against the other party they had just defended. Do we really
need yet another agency to do the job of the first? Just remember the children are the real victims and not matter how soft an
agency outside the family handles them damage is still done.
The first time my son was abducted he was 9 months old and he was held for 172 days. Again, I have not seen my since
October 25th, 2010 and today is August 28, 2011. While the mothers are being unjustly enriched this nation is wiping its feet
on the Fathers. Enough already!
There are a number of issues that affect children. Children are victimized every day by parents, friends and family members,
teachers, law enforcement, courts and attorneys. Here are a few of the key points.
PARENTS
Divorce in the US today is seen by women as a temporary inconvenience in exchange for assets and support. This
single item is responsible for more divorces than anything else and coming in a close second is this issue surrounding
out of wedlock children. In almost every one of these two problems the children rights are violated nearly 100% of
the time. Far too many mothers are using children as a "Babies 4 Bank" tool. You want to talk about “Dead Beat
Dad’s.” Well let’s not forget about “Dead Beat Moms” too. If the mother is going to play then she is going to be held
just as accountable as the father. Mothers who refuse to report the bona fide biological father will not be permitted
to receive any city, state, government or other support for herself or the child.
The money that mothers attorneys extorted from the fathers is stolen from the children too. While the mothers
make bad decision upon bad decision they are only given a verbal warning again, and again, and again. But Heaven
forbid if a father does a single thing wrong. Mothers are not only proving that they are just as capable of harming
children but are breaking records in proving it too. Typically it is only when a mother has committed extreme forms
of felony child abuse that the children are taken away from her. What is overlooked is how many of those mothers
simply start breeding again repeating the cycle of abuse and neglect to children.
SOCIETY NORMS
Why is it that a woman can go to Planned Parenthood and simply kill a child without ever informing the father? Why
does the father have no say in whether the child is aborted or not? How can a mother simple say I do not know who
the father of the child is and the courts accept this? How can courts rule that children born out of wedlock have no
rights to their fathers? How can states like Utah abduct children under the "adoption rule" without the fathers
consent? Why are false allegations that are brought against a father just dropped and swept under the rug while the
mother gets away without facing hard time for her lies? Men don't get this when they abuse women.
GOVERNMENT
The audacity that government assumes it knows what's in the best interest of a child is only one small part of the
problem. Law enforcement and the courts do not enforce visitation orders and taking a "CHILDREN ARE NOTHING
MORE THAN JUST A CIVIL MATTER" stance is one of the most offensive miscarriages of justice today.
JUSTICE
Justice has turned 180 degrees in the U.S. over the past 100 years. The Sheriff would get on his horse, ride out to
your house, sit down and talk about family and the weather, while drinking a glass of ice tea even before he brought
up why he had come to the house. You were informed that there was a question and that you needed to report to the
judge. Today you are hand cuffed, beaten in or abused many cases, your rights violated, incarcerated and finger
printed before you are even found guilty. Today’s “guilty until proven guilty” approach to justice is causing undue
stress and abuse to everyone. Defence attorneys today let more bad people back out on the street than are
convicted. When did crime become freedom? Today freedom has become a crime.
Court orders are not enforced or enforceable. Then why are we standing in front of a judge who cannot and will not
pass judgement on the perpetrators? The Bible has been removed from the courts and people must “swear” that
they will tell the truth. Fathers are removed from families at record numbers while mothers are not held
accountable. What game is this that is being played because justice has no part in it. Law enforcement, courts and
fathers are made to look incompetent and incapable of obtaining or administering justice.
ATTORNEYS
In most cases attorneys who represent the mother or father in a divorce do not have the children's best interests at
heart and the father is expected to pay all of the attorney and court costs. Attorneys and courts are holding children
hostage for money. How can this benefit anyone but the state and government because it certainly harms the
children.
THE SOLUTION

2. Enforcement of existing orders for both parents
3. Unbiased and equal justice for both parents and the children
4. Recognize children as human, citizens and family members
5. Remove attorneys from divorce courts.
6. Cut the costs in half and make each parent pays their own way. No more unjust enrichment for the mothers.
7. 50/50 custody means both parents matter and that each parent pays to support the children while in their
custody. Both parents equally commit to the children's education, medical, and other legal needs.
8. The optional father standard must be stopped!
9. Classes that should be part of the high school sex education course should be parenting even anger management
before it becomes a problem.
10. The free reign of government to inflict unlimited justice upon families and children has now lead to a flop of in
the pendulum justice style which is resulting in many agencies saying if they won't let us do what we want then we
won't do anything.
There is a happier medium which is the middle of the road which government, law enforcement, courts and attorneys almost
never chose to take. I have had the honor and privileged to meet Judge Brook. This man tries to hold all of the above
mentioned people together while weeding their gardens to discover what is in the best interests of the children are. But when
the adults acts like a bunch of out of control kindergarten kids he must do their jobs too. I ask why these agencies are even
needed if they are going to make the judge do their jobs too.
I am not a legislator, politician, or anyone who has the power and authority to change this broken machine that we call our
nation. What I am is a victim, a Father and a Veteran who cares enough to look outside the box and look for solutions that are
so simple and easy is everyone would came back to the table willingly, drop their extreme left and extreme right tactics and
discuss solutions that meet the basic criteria. DCS and CPS has found themselves in a bad position because they were held
above the law and showed it while law enforcement and courts have been on the other side of the fence not doing enough.
These are children and they cannot fathom that a person, not related to them, has created a piece of paper which does not
permit them to see the rest of their family AND will not enforce the rules when they are broken.
